Manual says check water tap on and drainer filter not clogged - done both. No error codes seem to come up. Heater does heat up as can feel top of machine. Any clues?
Removed the back and top so as to remove fan. The condenser was full of fluff - not having an external hatch to access this is a design fault. Easily removed the fluff using a flexible grabber. Works great now. Another annual service to add to my list.

blocked condenser causes this.clothes get hot and steamy rather than drying.you need to remove the dryer blower fan to gain limitted access to fluff build up.clear with an old metel coat hanger
