ideal isar he24 leaking?

hi we have a isar he24 combi boiler which has a leak coming from the left side of the inside of the boiler ,it doesnt do it all the time ,only when CH is running ...we had a plunmer round who put some FERNOX F4 in the system which hasnt done anything any help would be appreciated
