This is the classic main module fault (in the back of the machine). We stock it ready programmed. You can order it by going to our wesite at www.emwelec.co.uk and put WD440 in the search box or call us on 0115 9652118 Monday. Make sure you order the correct one (mk4 or mk8 - website will help identify it). Cost is £59.88 + £6 post (exchange). Remember, that you have the option of returning the module within 14 days for a refund, less our handling charge of £12 if it does not cure the problem.
