ford telstar not starting?

hi I have a '95 ford telstar which started intermitantly not starting and also it would feel like it would cut at hi speed and retake. But now it will not start at all. I have checked all the relays and fuses. I have no spark on the plugs and cant work out if it is the immobiliser or the main computer, any help would be great
