Mend Beko Dryer Condenser

think I have wired up my dryer up wrong ?

After replacing the belt and front felt seal on my beko condenser dryer its not heating up (which wasnt the problem to start off with) I think I have wired the wires on back panel up wrong, any advice please? I am afraid to switch them in case it blows up, could it?
