Mend GE 25GT506 Channels Dont So

Some channels dont work till TV is on for 25 min or so. Hfor GE TV 25GT506?

Some channels don't work at first when the TV is turned on. But maybe 25 min later, when its warmed up, they seem to work fine.
At first, you get a snow screen and a loud squawk sound that evolves into a screatching sound.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
