The second hand moves but the hour and minute hands do notkèèp time what can I do to correct this

DIY otherwise - remove the glass and push the hands back onto their shafts - set them to any time you like - say 3 o'clock exactly - and then adjust them in the normal way to the correct time at your location.

Refit the glass.
