Mend Flexicom 15x Boiler Fault Heating

Flexicom 15x running water sound?

Just had a new pump after a repeated F22 fault. It now starts up, runs up to around 44 degrees then, the temperature starts coming down. It then cuts out.

Boiler unit sounds like there is water constantly running through it.
Any ideas?
