could be AC fail or a duff battery,but I agree with Alarm's advice on the need for an engineer,

We don't want you poking around inside the panel for your own safety anyway,

Take the engineers route :)

Sounds like a service timer.
Your installer needs a phone call, when he gets there tell him to turn it off and F Off.

In fact get someone else and tell them its the service timer, you want it turned off and that`s all.

Or Google and get reading.
