Mend Hotpoint BWD129 Switch Stuck

Replacing on off switch in Hotpoint BWD129?

My on/off switch seems to be stuck, and I have sent for a replacement. Would it be easy for me (a woman) to replace the on/off switch without the help of a washing machine engineer, as it doesn't seem appropriate to call one out for such a small repair?
