acoustic solutions lcd42761f1080p sound but no picture?

As I have mentioned my Acoustic Solutions LCD TV has sound but no picture I have seen a few places it might be the power board as the backlight is still working I have also seen a few answers about fuses, how would I test these fuses and where would they be any help would be greatly appreciated.
