SR385NTS Samsung Top Freezer Frige Fan Not Working ?

I have Samsung SR385NTS top freezer fridge and the fan spindle inside the fridge is not spinning - i cannot find any repair diagrams or manuals but the freezer works but not the fridge - Does anyone know how to fix the fan to make it spin inside back of the fridge???????
I think its part # 25 (fan spindle) with part # 22 (top of spindle) which may be what makes it turn round, if anyone has any answers i will take whatever i can get!!!!!!
