two leads on generator came away and I can't see how to re attach them?

I have a Tefal Pro Express steam geerator iron which stopped producing steam.moving the cable assembly where it entered the generator I could get it to function.I took the generator apart and finally found a break in the brown lead going from the circuit board to the iron and repaired it. However, in taking the generator apart two leads, which connect to the circuit board, came away from the side of the metal unit.I have looked at the connections and it doesn't look as if they were soldered on and it is not obvious how to re attach them.Any ideas?
