how can i fix my ford mondeo 2.0 tdci 03 reg ?

computor showed forth injector knock i had the injector tested and it was fine drip test fine had a new knock sensor and had the wire tested that goes to the injector that was ok ,when i start the car in the morning it smokes quite badley clears in miniutes and it lacks power ,the glow plug lite flashes all the time please help
