VAILLANT boiler loosing pressure?

the water drop little by little drop from the pressure relief value it is 15 year old boiler

i lose the water from the relief value and have fill upto 1.2bar

Nothing to do with pressure of boiler which is to be 1.2 bar if it's go and up or down if go down fill with filling loop ,if going up than than pressure vessel need to pump up air,condense water which goes out from plastic pipe if suck through flue pipe via fan mix with boiler heat where water separate from air and flu is less poison for cleaner air
