i have a hotpoint ultima 1400 washimg machine which worked perfectly well until one day last week it tripped the electric and keeps doing so immediately after the cycle begins as it tries to fill with water help!
would think it is either the motor or heating element down to earth,you need a meter ideally to check or disconnect individually and re check , if you find it does not trip after disconnecting then that is the faulty component
