why is my red light not on?

i have no hot water or heating the water was hot earlier today but wont get hot now, the boiler wont ignite but starts up without igniting when hot tap is turned on

Check fuse on boiler because no light on boiler ,also fuse in PCB as well

See if pressure is 1.2bar on boiler ,if not fill with filling loop right under boiler or refer to boiler manual than press reset
