What does it mean if the lights just keep flashing? The top lights! The door light to indicate door is locked isn't on however? Spin and rinse lights are on but not flashing? Could it be the door?
Yes your door is not locked. try pushing it closed more after shutting, it should click and lock. failing that the actual locking mechanism might be broke.
