p1564 & p 1664?

It is very difficult to determine your problem but you could check the wiring to your fuel pump assy,it may be worthwhile stripping back the outer sheathing paying special attention to tight bends and near the top of the starter,also check fuel piping for chaffing and filter head may be worth a look also.There is no easy way to repair these faults and whether your fuel pump/ECU is at fault is impossible to say and may need Ford IDS to help with the diagnosis.
