How can I fix my Whirlpool clean touch clothes dryer?

My dryer has stopped heating. It seems to work properly, except the air blowing into the drum is not heated. I have checked my vent, and although a little linty, does not seem to be blocked...I would love to fix the dryer myself in the most economical way possible. Any suggestions? Thanks!
