how to fix hotpoint aquarius fdw65?

i have a problem......when my washer is put on a 65 wash it stays on prewash not opening the powder hatch?...if i cancel that wash and reset ....and put it on 40 fast wash it does the same but after a few minutes it stops without draining and the delicate 50 light flashes....
