I have Beko wm6355w that wont cycle?

The start light won't go out. I can't reset it but it keeps draining intermitently. It is not spinning so i have checked and the belt is intact. No loose wires on the motor and i have turned it off and on from the socket. It will not let me cancel the cycle. Thanks
