1 , check carb is not loose and inlet gasket is in good order,
2 , if no fault found re no1 ,
check spark plug not fould up , more than likely the fault is a blocked jet/s in carb ,
dismantle and reverse blow high preshure air through all holes , , check diaphram has no pin holes etc ,
