Do not - I repeat - Do not reach in and adjust the magentic rings in the TV. These are for rough adjusments only and will not solve the problem. It will make things worse. If your TV looks 3D and the convergence menu won't fix it - the convergence chips are no longer working -and should be replaced. You need to take the back off the tv you will see the three projectors covered with foam lining. Underneath the green one you will see a white plastic casing round the tube just below casing are two magnetic adjustors like lolly sticks sticking out. With the tv turned on reach through and rotate one stick slightly to you will see the shadow moving on the screen. Just mess about with them untill set up to
