machine wont spin?

is the machine not draining then?.if so you need to check the drain hose isn't blocked then if that is OK you need to go inside the machine and find the drain pump and disconnect the hoses to it and check sump and drain pump impeller rotates freely.if machine doesn't drain then it will not spin but if it still doesn't spin when empty of water you need to look at the motor brushes as they may of warn out.Disconnect from electric supply before going inside casing.pump is at the bottom back area.just follow the drain hose inside and you will find it
