have an electrolux rm 4271.the element seem to burn out after 3 days or so ,replaced the first one and the new lasted 3 days as did the next one . is it the thermostat ?am i connecting it to the wrong spade on the thermustat ?is it the baffle in the wrong place ?dont know what the baffle does pete
