My vailant boiler ecotech is flashing f22?

I have no hot water and I am sure it's to do with the water pressure but I don't know how to get the pressure up??

look under the boiler u will see 2 white valves caps turn them both and the boiler should fill up. fill it up to till the dial goes to the middle of the grey.
heres a pic. go down to ecotech filling loop.
