iKea Renlig DW60 dishwasher beeps 3 times?

when closing the dishwasher door to start a program, the motor appears to run but then it beeps 3 times pauses and then beeps 3 times again. The program never runs but the dishwasher just beeps CONTINUOUSLY. what is the problem?
