Bosch WFF 1201 not taking hot water feed,..??

this older Bosch 1201 is not taking on board water from the hot supply,.. also appears to not want to do the first 2 warm wash settings,.. perhaps as it realises it's not receiving any warm water,.. although warm water is available for it,..
Hope you can help,.. i'm pretty handy when it comes to fixing stuff but washing machines are always a little complicated,.. thanks,.
