The softener is not going into the machine; how can we clean/clear the problem please?
The container is quite dirty as well; there seems to be a blockage somewhere.
Same answer as 3rd question above yours but in addition push a cable tie into the 4 square holes in the center of the soap box roof and work it back and forth to clear black gunge. If can't clear it need to replace soap box lid (roof part with holes) Cheers
