ford fiesta 1.4 silver 2004?

i recently replaced my exhaust and cat on my car shortley after the engine managment light came on again my garage changed the cat and after 3 months it came back on again it came up with the same error code relating to cat my garage then reset and last week the light came on again after 6 weeks please can you help
