Mend JCB 3CX Fuel Problem Cleaned Filter

JCB 3CX Fuel System Problem?

I have cleaned the sediment bowl and changed the fuel filter on which I found a jelly like fuel mix gumming up the old filter. Having changed everything the fuel system won't prime in the normal way, no fuel is getting to the fuel filter. It is an RG engine. Any help would be appreciated.

The cleaning was good. Check the primer manual pump. the diaphram get mess up from that jell like mixture. Becareful when disassemble and reassemble. there a o-ring there. in the center there a valve remove it clean out port. should be good again
