Hi bought a second hand cd for my 2010 ford Ka it has no code?

Been on sights to get the code but they ask for the serial no. Beginning with m or v it hasn't got them letters on where do I find the number needed?.
The numbers on it are ....HW VER: 28223222
7354765220

On the side it has B420 LOW

Can someone please help? Miss music xx
