my brand new dishwasher beko dsfs1531is buzzing and not filling with water ?

disconnect from the mains.lay dishwasher on its back and water will pour out.once it stops stand dishwasher up and retry.if you connected the waste drain hose under a kitchen sink on a plastic spigot make sure you removed the end blank so water can drain away otherwise it overfills and floods base.this wouldn't be cover by warranty if found to be issue.if this isn't the issue and still doesn't work book a service visit
