potterton kingfisher boiler central heating not turning on?

Our boiler is turned on and we are getting hot water but our central heating is not turning on. I guess the pump is not turning on. How can I fix this please someone help as my 2years old not feeling well abd the house is freezing cold.

If your system has a heating zone valve,perhaps this is faulty,This is a silver or white box sitting on a pipe,probably near the pump.It should have a small arm on the side.if this is stiff,then the motor inside is broken.if it is loose,them perhaps the pump is broken

Hi thanks for your help. I opened the screw one drop of water came out but the pump didn't start on. Is there anything else I can do?

Pump is not running ,if that the problem undo big nut on pump place screwed driver move slightly tap with hammer it will start spin ,close the nut ,may be water will Gus out so place boiler at low temp or when boiler is cold
