how can i fix my samsung sr-l709evss fridge/freezer?

i have a similiar problem where by the frigde/freezer cools down to the set temperature, then starts warming up. The fans nor the compressor comes back on.The temperature on the display doesnt change n starts flashing. If you switch it off and on it corrects the temperature n fridge works fine until cools again....Not sure whether these had anyting to do with it but
1. the mains power tripped and came back on
2. found alot dust in da back of the fridge which i removed
