Please help me with my Hoover dryer?

My Hoover vision hd mega 9kg filter light keeps on flashing I have cleaned the filter but is still flashing and is not drying the clothes cold air why and what can I do to fix it I have looked in the instruction manual but there was nothing in the manual please help.
