Mend Zanussi zw16270w1 Dry Heat Button

zw16270w1 doesn't dry?

My Zanussi does the drying cycle but no heat. Took the lid off and located the reset button ( little red thing between two wires towards the back?) button it's all the way down and didn't sort the issue.

Where can I go from here?

Test the elements in the aluminium duct where the red reset stat is fastened too.dual element in the back of that duct tight up to rear case.If that is OK do you see the fan to the right looking from the front running ?
Underneath that fan is the condenser and they can get clogged with fluff but doesn't stop heat.usually makes everything hot and steamy.Also need to check the water inlet valve.again doesn't stop heat
