DElonghi esam 4200 pump repair?

My Delonghi esam 4200 coffee maker seems to have lost pressure. Coffee comes out very very slowly and steam does not come out with it's usual force. is it likely to need a new pump? Are they easy to fit? Is there any instruction video showing how to dismantle the machine?
