Dave, sounds like you need a new main module (back of machine in a white plastic box). We stock it at £59.88 + £6 post (exchange). We would need 2 bits of info from you :
1 the FW1 number printed on the white plastic box that the module sits in and
2 the commercial code - this is on the label just inside the door (it's the long number that does NOT start with S/N)
