low coolant light comes on when headlights are on ?

I have a 1991 ford 8000 truck with the headlights and dash lights on the low coolant light and chimes come on when the tach reads 1800 RPMs.
The coolant level is full with the lights off everything is okay if I removed the chime cube the dash light will not work.
How do I fix this.
