Hi when the machine gets to the Rinse cycle it seems to go a little quiet and doesn't really move from this stage. Sounds like its trying to but doesnt. I have check the mains water and hose and all are ok.
What do I check now
Does it drain the water. It will not do anything until the water is out. If not draining then check the pump for blockage. You will usually hear a humming sound from low down at front. That will be the pump trying to turn, sure sign there is a blockage.
