How can i fix my fisher and paykel wa80t65gw1?

My Fisher and paykel washer wont drain or spin. It just makes a humming noise. It is currently full of water and I don't know how to drain it. I believe that I should tilt the machine back and look at the propeller underneath to see if there is something caught in it
