Flashing coloured screen on Acoustic Solutions TV?

Acoustic Solutions LCD37805HD. When I turn on the main power button on the TV, instead of the blue standby light only coming on, the screen turns on and flashes alternately between red, green and blue on the full screen. The colours change approximately every 3 seconds. Anyone any solutions please?
