Mend Kenmore 800 series Error Code Loader

F04 error code Kenmore front loader?

My 2 year old Kenmore front loader is not draining properly or finishing its cyles and displays the F04 error code.
Our Kenmore service rep, said "Computers and water don't mix" and we need a new computer for $350.00. He also said he only buys or recommends Whirlpool.
Can you recommend something to try to resolve this F04 error code.

I'm having the same problem. It has nothing to do with "water and computers!" I think what it has to do with is a lousy product.

I have not had mine repaired yet. Have you found out what the problem was? I would really like any help on this one! Thanks.
