AEG Favorit 866 does not stop?

My dishwasher continues to try to pump out even when switched off and the door open. Was working when we had a power cut. tried any number of permutations to kick it back no joy

I have the same problem with my AEG OKO Favorit 40300. Opened up the front to look at the electrics but nothing obvious in there. Might be something blocked - a sensor in the base that's clogged with something so it keeps trying to drain? Did you get a fix in the end?
