Cannot get light bulb out to replace?

is it a push in bulb or a screw out bulb, ?? big differance,,

turn it right a bit to loosen the bulb then turn it anti-clockwise

Use a slightly damp cloth and don't forget to turn it anti-clockwise - some people do forget...

Failing that - make sure you disconnect the appliance from electrical power - put down an old towel - smash the lamp and jamb a pair of pliers into what remains of the lamp - unscrew.

It's very important that the power is removed - I know from bitter experience!
