Hi, my son has the above and starting problems unless the engine is warm. He has to resort to using equivalent of damp start (ether). He has serviced and replaced fuel/oil filter, glow plugs, cam sensor, removed/cleaned EGR valve all to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated as need to get to work. Thanks
