Hi, the power light is on but the water does not flow when the programme should begin. The drain pump seems to activate when scrolling later into the programme.

The washing programme will not begin until there's water in the machine - without water nothing happens.

As you point out there is no water and the programme does not start.

Look to the solenoid valve that lets water into the machine - there is a strong chance that it's defective. It will be an easy job to replace it - you can buy them on-line.
