Bosch Dishwasher Removal SGV43E03Gb/23?

Hi Team, I have a faulty dishwasher but my biggest problem is trying to remove the dishwasher from the integrated press. I have removed all screws but it wont come out free. The only thing I can think off was when it was installed by fitters they left 2 x 12" slotted bars but cant even find where these go. Can anyone help

Hi Guys,
just to update called engineer and he managed to get the dishwasher removed turns out it was blocked by a piece of wood . He replaced controller card and left the machine running after 2 hours machine died. He came back and replaced another controller and this failed so don't know what's taking out the controller. Don't want to go throwing money into this machine but at same time it has been very stable. There is no water at the base so it's not leaking. Any ideas what could be causing this as need to get this fixed ASAP wife not happy.

Cheers

Further info.... when you raised up the front feet and undid the top brackets if fitted did the front of the machine lower down or remain suspended with the feet in mid air? The brackets I described show on the parts list for your model however they changed the fixings on later models and it may cross over. The later type fixing was a screw about 3/4 way up the doorway both sides which screwed into the adjacent cabinets. They may have plastic caps to hide them. Cheers . P.S. What is the problem with your machine anyway, may not need removing.

Hi Franco Kenjo here, I am a Bosch service engineer and pull these out all the time, the only fixings are the ones i described in my last post. You said turning the middle nut tilts the machine FORWARD turn it the other way so it tilts the machine backwards ie lowers the back of the machine and it should come out unless the fitters have added their own unorthodox screws. The 12" thin bars you describe with a flat on one end and a plastic socket on the other end are the rear feet adjusting bars for fitting an integrated FRIDGE and not to do with this dishwasher. Cheers

Hi Kenjo,
I have raised up both feet like you said and turned the middle slot anticlockwise it does tilt the whole machine forward but still wont release it out freely. I still keep coming back to these 12" think bars with slot on each end and a plastic slot on other end. I am 90% sure these are used to release the machine in some way. I may have to get an engineer out as running out of ideas and cut my looses.

This machine has 2 fixing brackets at the front at the top, they screw into the worktop or the adjacent cupboards. If they are not there you may find the installers simply wound down the feet to wedge it up under the worktop. Try winding up the front feet, then the rear foot is wound up by turning the plastic nut in the centre of the kickplate anti clock lowers the back of machine.

Hi Lincoln,

Thanks for feedback unfortunately I have removed nearly every screw showing bar 6 which secure rubber seals. I am at a total loss the door is now very loose. I yanked from side to side but it still seems its secured. If I try to pull forward it wont budge. I still think it's secured some how with these rods but where they go I don't know.

Cheers

Normally dishwashers are screwed through the sides or the top in to the cabinet. Open the door and look around the front edge of the cabinet near the door seal for some plugs which will be hiding the screws. Prise the plug out & check if there is any screw.
